Invitation to the final conference of the partners from the project, in Brussels in 21st of January 2015

Dear Colleagues,

It is a big pleasure for me to invite you to the conference “YOU(th) ARE TOLERANT” that will take place in Brussels, on January 21 (Wednesday). The conference is organized by AMALIPE – Center for Interethnic Dialogue and Tolerance (Bulgaria), Romani CRISS (Romania), Antigone (Greece) and Dartke (Hungary). It is concluding event from the project “Youth is Tolerance: Combating Anti-Roma Stereotypes among Young People” supported by European Commission within Fundamental Rights and Citizenship Program.

The aim of the conference is to summarize the experience of the Youth Tolerance Groups established within the project in Bulgaria, Greece, Romania and Hungary for changing the negative attitudes among young people and society in general and to present the various methods and approached used to achieve this. Additional aims are to discuss how the topic of overcoming anti-Roma stereotypes fits within the European Roma Integration Policy and is included in the National Roma Integration Strategies as well as how the European funds could contribute for sustainability of the youth tolerance activities. More information about the event see in the attached file.

This is a save-the-date massage. We will send you detailed agenda in a week. Please, come to the conference and see the European spirit of freedom and tolerance illuminated in the young people!

I use the chance also to wish you health, happiness and many successes in 2015!

Best regards,

Deyan Kolev
